Colours swirl, patterns emerge, and no two prints are ever the same. Kids discover abstract art through the mesmerising technique of water-based marbling.
In this workshop, young artists get to experience the almost magical world of marbling. Using water-based paints floated on a special surface, kids drop, swirl and comb colours into stunning abstract patterns — then lay paper on top to capture their unique design. The result is something between painting and printmaking, and completely unpredictable in the best possible way. No artistic experience needed: the technique does the work, and every child walks away with a one-of-a-kind piece of art they made themselves.
