Little hands, big prints. Kids carve their own designs into linoleum and roll them into one-of-a-kind prints to take home - a hands-on introduction to one of the oldest printing techniques around.
In this workshop, young artists get to experience the magic of printmaking from start to finish. Using simple tools, kids carve their own motifs into soft linoleum blocks — animals, patterns, letters, whatever sparks their imagination. Then they ink up the block, press it onto paper, and lift it to reveal their very own print. Every one is unique. The process is satisfying, tactile, and surprisingly easy to pick up, even for the youngest creators. Kids leave with their finished prints and a new favourite art form.
