Direct Shuttle Bus (Bassliner)
The easiest way to reach the festival directly from Berlin.
- Route: Direct transport from Berlin Ostbahnhof to the festival grounds.
- Booking & Info: Tickets must be booked directly through Bassliner at bassliner.org/en/tours/evolve-2026.
- Please note: Bassliner operates this service independently. All bookings, schedules, and customer service inquiries are handled directly by them.
By Train & Local Bus
Option A: Train to Frankfurt (Oder) + Bus 984
- Take a regional or express train (such as the RE1 or EC 47) from Berlin to Frankfurt (Oder) Bahnhof.
- Transfer to Bus 984 heading toward Frankfurt (Oder), Helenesee.
- Exit at the Helenesee stop, located right outside the festival Welcome Point.
⚠️ Important for your return journey:
Bus 984 does not stop regularly at Helenesee on request-only schedules. To take the bus back to Frankfurt (Oder) Station, you must download the VBB app and request your ride in advance:
Option B: Regional Train (RB 36)
- Take the RB 36 train directly to Frankfurt (Oder), Helenesee Bahnhof.
- From the station, it is approximately a 20-minute walk to the festival grounds.
By Car or Camper
- Car Parking: €20 per car.
- ⚠️ Cash payment required upon arrival!
- Camper / Caravan Pass: €49 per vehicle.
- Passes must be purchased online in advance at www.evolve-festival.com/tickets.
