Lina works at the meeting point of body, mind, and spirit. As a coach, somatic bodyworker, and facilitator, she guides people into presence—through touch, breath, movement, and creative expression. Her work is about finding aliveness: grounding in the body, opening to inner wisdom, and celebrating freedom. At Evolve, Lina offers bodywork sessions to restore and reconnect as well as the Body Poem workshop, where words, movement, and sensation meet in a playful ritual of self-expression.
