Olivia Sayward is a Berlin-based quantum healing practitioner, artist, herbalist and mycologist, devoted to helping people reconnect with their intuition, their bodies, and the intelligence of nature.

Olivia also shares experiences around plants and fungi through movement practices and guided hypnosis meditations, opening the door for people to experience the living world on an energetic, emotional and imaginative level.

Ground deeper into yourself and body through presence, energetic support, and medicinal mushrooms

1:1 hands-on Reiki with medicinal fungi.

We begin with a short conversation, defining your intention or theme for the session.

We then together pick the mushrooms (for example Reishi, Lions Mane, Chaga or Cordyceps) that are most aligned for your body, mind and intention.

Then you receive Reiki - universal life force energy - through hands-on touch and presence.

Both reiki and medicinal mushrooms help the nervous system and body come back into a more balanced, grounded and regulated state. Fungi help us embody this change more deeply, transforming old patterns as well as interconnecting parts of our inner landscape.
