Susu Hahn is a yoga teacher specializing in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness. Trained extensively in various styles and influenced by three years of mindfulness study with Benjamin Joon, she guides students toward calm, balance, and inner reflection, drawing yearly inspiration from time spent at Phool Chatti Ashram in India.

A gentle, grounding journey rooted in the art of mindfulness, brought to life by the soulful live cello of Cellomano. Inspired by a three-year mindfulness training in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, this session weaves meditative Yin Yoga with the deeply restorative embrace of Yoga Nidra. The rich, resonant tones of the cello flow with each posture and breath, creating a soundscape that carries you deeper into release, presence, and inner stillness. Open to all levels.
