Qi Gong Workshop: Discover and Cultivate Your Inner Strength

I began practicing Qi Gong regularly in 2017 and immediately noticed its many positive effects, such as enhanced clarity, concentration, resilience, and inner peace. After exploring various other mindfulness-based methods, I decided in 2022 to deepen my Qi Gong practice and enrolled in a three-year training program with Buyin Zheng. Today, I’m grateful to be able to introduce others to this accessible and effective method. When I'm not practicing Qi Gong, I work as an adult educator in prevention programs at schools and universities, and I also facilitate workshops for psychedelic integration.
In this workshop, we will practice both dynamic and still exercises from Shaolin Neijin Qi Gong. The exercises are easy to learn and promote the connection between body and mind, as well as clarity and vitality.
Qi stands for the life force of the individual as well as the life energy of the entire universe.
Gong refers to work that is associated with skill or ability.
Thus, Qigong can be understood as the skillful work with Qi - using it for maintaining health, grounding, relaxation, and healing.
Both beginners and advanced practitioners are warmly welcome - there will be something for everyone.
