For me, yoga is a source of calm, balance, and inner reflection. Through my personal practice, I’ve learned to recognize my own needs and meet them with mindfulness. I have a deep love for Yin Yoga—a beautiful practice that allows me to surrender, soften into deep stretches, and truly turn inward. In addition, I completed a three-year mindfulness training with Benjamin Joon, a student of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. This experience has deeply shaped my teaching and continues to enrich my approach with presence, compassion, and awareness. Yoga Nidra is another passion of mine—a deeply relaxing and mindful practice that invites profound rest and inner clarity, offering both myself and my students space to reset and restore. Once a year, I spend several weeks at Phool Chatti Ashram in Rishikesh, India, to reconnect with the roots of yoga and find new inspiration for my path.
