I began practicing Qi Gong regularly in 2017 and immediately noticed its many positive effects, such as enhanced clarity, concentration, resilience, and inner peace. After exploring various other mindfulness-based methods, I decided in 2022 to deepen my Qi Gong practice and enrolled in a three-year training program with Buyin Zheng. Today, I’m grateful to be able to introduce others to this accessible and effective method. When I'm not practicing Qi Gong, I work as an adult educator in prevention programs at schools and universities, and I also facilitate workshops for psychedelic integration.
