Daughter of refugees and raised between two contrasting cultures, Anuja has lived across four continents—shaped by a life of movement, complexity, and cultural depth. Her questioning of ethics, spirituality, and the meaning of life became a gateway, opening her to a path of inner exploration, ancient wisdom, and holistic healing. Blending aquatic therapy, yoga, energy work, rebozo, artistic expression, and ritual, she supports transformation through the integration of body, mind, emotion, and energy. She also bridges tradition with science, having authored research on the impact of meditation on mental health and productivity in teams and leadership. At b23, Anuja facilitates sessions that awaken life force, deepen movement and presence, and guide participants into grounded, creative connection with themselves.
