Praneet is deeply connected to the quiet language of the body. Trained in Tantra-based yoga, breathwork, and sound, he weaves these elements intuitively into the spaces he holds—creating rituals that are both grounding and expansive. Rather than teaching from above, he invites people to slow down and feel themselves fully. His approach blends multiple modalities as pathways back to presence and honest connection. He has shared his work at festivals such as Pura Vida, Yoga United, Evolve, and as a resident teacher at the studio Sacred Space.

A space to connect with your Body, Breath, and Senses.

In today’s world, communication is constant, yet true connection feels more distant than ever. Rituals once served as silent symbols of shared identity, creating a sense of belonging without the need for words. But modern life has stripped away many of these practices, leaving us with interaction but no real community.

Psychedelic Inner Ritual is a space to reclaim that lost connection—not through words, but through direct experience. By engaging the body, breath, and senses, we tap into something deeper than conversation: a state of presence where we recognize ourselves and each other beyond the noise of daily life.

What is a Ritual?

A ritual is an intentional practice. It’s not just a series of actions—it’s a way to focus attention, shift energy, and create the right conditions for an experience.

What Does Psychedelic Mean?

The word "psychedelic" means "mind-revealing" (Osmond, 1957). This experience helps you access deeper layers of yourself through movement, breath, sound, and smell.

Elements of the Psychedelic Inner Ritual Journey:

Aromatherapy – Natural scents help set the tone, creating a space for focus and presence.

Movement – The body plays a key role in this process. Gentle, guided movements help you become aware of sensations and establish a connection with the space and the people around you.

Breathwork – A structured breathing practice that shifts the nervous system, allowing deeper awareness and relaxation.

Gong Sounds/ Indigenous Instruments – Vibrations travel through the body, helping release tension and bringing balance to the internal state.

Closing & Integration – The process doesn’t end when the session is over. What happens in the ritual continues unfolding in daily life, shaping new perspectives and sensations.

Each element in this ritual has a purpose:

- Settle into the present moment

- Activate natural Inner states

- Go beyond mental chatter

- Feel from within

- Connect with your body’s intelligence

- Allow the experience to integrate naturally
