Ich bin Ingrid, ursprünglich aus Argentinien, und lebe seit 2018 in Leipzig. Dort habe ich ein Yogastudio, in dem ich Yoga, Acroyoga und Thai-Massage unterrichte. Als ich von eurem Festival gehört habe – mit dem Ziel, nicht nur Workshops anzubieten, sondern auch eine Gemeinschaft Gleichgesinnter zu schaffen, um gesunde Praktiken zu verbreiten und andere zu inspirieren – habe ich mich direkt damit identifiziert. Deshalb würde ich mich sehr freuen, dabei zu sein.
Fließende Bewegung – bewusster Atem – tiefe Verbindung
Ingrid verbindet in ihrem Vinyasa Yoga anatomisches Wissen, somatische Achtsamkeit und spielerische Leichtigkeit. In einem dynamischen Flow führt sie dich durch kreative Sequenzen, die Kraft, Balance und Flexibilität gleichermaßen fördern – immer im Einklang mit deinem Atem.
Als promovierte Biowissenschaftlerin und erfahrene Körpertherapeutin schafft Ingrid einen Raum, in dem du deinen Körper neu entdecken, dich mit deinem Inneren verbinden und ganz im Hier und Jetzt ankommen kannst.
Ob Anfänger*in oder erfahren: Diese Klasse schenkt dir Erdung, Weite und neue Energie.
