By Car & Campervan

Driving is a straightforward option, especially if you are bringing camping gear. Helenesee is located approximately 90 minutes' drive from the center of Berlin.

• Directions: From Berlin, take the A12 Autobahn heading east towards Frankfurt (Oder). Follow the signs for Helenesee as you approach the city. Our festival signage will guide you for the final kilometers.

• Parking: Dedicated parking is available close to the festival grounds. Please purchase your parking or caravan pass in advance from our ticket shop to guarantee a spot.

• Car-Sharing: We ask you to please travel together! If you have empty seats in your car, consider posting on our official Evolve Festival rideshare board [Link to your Facebook Group or rideshare page] to help a fellow festival-goer, save on fuel costs, and make a new friend before you even arrive.

By Train & Shuttle (The Eco-Friendly Choice)

We highly recommend this easy and sustainable two-step option. Germany's excellent public transport makes it simple!

• Step 1: Take the Train to Frankfurt (Oder) The RE1 train is your best connection. It runs frequently from major Berlin stations like Hauptbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, and Ostbahnhof. The journey takes just over an hour. Best of all, the Deutschlandticket (€49 Ticket) is valid on this route!
  
  

• Step 2: Take the Evolve Shuttle from the Station Our dedicated Evolve Festival Shuttle will be waiting for you right outside the Frankfurt (Oder) Hauptbahnhof. The shuttle runs on a continuous loop during peak arrival and departure times, taking you and your luggage directly to the festival entrance in about 15 minutes. You can book your shuttle ticket in advance via our ticket shop.

Our direct coach service will run from a central location in Berlin (e.g., Berlin Ostbahnhof) straight to the festival gates. Leave the planning to us—just sit back, relax, and start getting into the festival spirit with fellow attendees. This is a perfect option if you have luggage. You will find the shuttle parked at the west side of the train station where all the buses are usually parked.

Seats are limited, so we recommend booking early! Check our ticket shop for departure times and to secure your spot.
