I'm Fulvia (she/her) a political economist, community organiser, and facilitator dedicated to social and environmental justice. My work integrates critical theories with spiritual practices through what I call 'soulful activism'.
A workshop on how to make activism more joyful, soulful and sustainable and support each one of us into finding our personal role in movements for justice and liberation based on our personal gifts, interests and passions. We’ll explore the role of the body in activism, using movement, breath, sound and voice. We’ll feel into the importance of communal practices and the power generated when we step out of hyper individualism and into a collective space of mutual care, inspiration and support.
