Henny’s approach to movement is rooted in Vinyasa Yoga, somatics, dance and Pilates - fluid, breath-guided, and ever-evolving. She sees movement as a form of deep listening - a conversation with the self that invites exploration, expression, and connection.
An embodied workout designed especially for yogis eager to expand their practice beyond traditional boundaries. This practice uses breath, natural movement, and emotional release to help you release tension, awaken fluidity, and find rest through motion. Rooted in yoga, Pilates, and dance, it invites you to experience rest not as stillness, but as presence in movement.
