Dr. Tenna Dahl is a yoga teacher, somatic coach, and founder of the Honigsee-Methode®, a body-based approach to self-regulation and nervous system health. She offers gentle Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and 1:1 somatic support—online and in Honigsee—helping people reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with the wisdom of their body.

Nervous System Reset, for all levels

This session combines the gentle depth of Kundalini Yoga with the Honigsee-Methode® – a body-to-brain approach that draws on breath, movement, and somatic awareness to restore inner balance.

Rooted in nature, neuroscience, and body intelligence, this practice helps you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner calm.

No prior experience needed. Come as you are – and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and at ease.
