I'm Fulvia (she/her) a political economist, community organiser, and facilitator dedicated to social and environmental justice. My work integrates critical theories with spiritual practices through what I call 'soulful activism'.
Voicing Care is a workshop where the voice becomes a pathway to reconnect with yourself. Through gentle vocal activation, breath, and movement, we explore what the body remembers and what has been held back. Emotional release circles and embodied sound help tension dissolve and hidden emotions surface, while the supportive community holds space, giving care as you find your voice to speak up, for yourself and for others.
