Nourishment Through Your Menstrual Cycle
"Nourishment Through Your Menstrual Cycle," is designed to guide participants in connecting deeply with their bodies and understanding the unique needs and energies of each phase of their cycle. The workshop will encompass varying interactive elements focusing on nourishment through holistic health practices and therapeutic nourishment:
Nourishment through holistic health practices: We will explore how to nourish ourselves throughout the menstrual cycle through health-related practices such as diet, exercise, and self-care routines. An informative section which gives participants the baseline knowledge needed to thoroughly nourish themselves.
Nourishment through therapeutic practices: This section will focus on emotional and mental nourishment. We will discuss therapeutic exercises that can help participants look after themselves, including a special exercise where participants write a letter to themselves to read during the lows of PMS. This letter will serve as a personal source of encouragement and self-care during challenging times.
Additionally, we will have partner/ small group activities and a sharing circle where participants can connect and discuss the struggles they experience during the luteal phase and explore ways to nourish themselves and support each other.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have practical tools, tangible tips and a deeper understanding of how to live in alignment with their menstrual cycles, both physically and emotionally.
