Sensitive Yoga
I'm Julia, a 38 year old yin yoga and vinyasa teacher based in Berlin. Yoga helps me to find balance and to reconnect with my values and potential. I think of myself as an explorer, a caretaker and an activist.
In sensitive Yoga we tap into the bodies’ capacity to heal itself from Trauma. We use tools to ground and regulate and then do everything you would expect in a yoga session. Sensitive Yoga brings back body awareness, self-love and connection. The collective experience is especially important.
